Team K Services is expanding and needs 3 great additions to our roofing sales team. We are building a team that will set us apart in the roofing industry, to be a part of tackling the same problems with new solutions. We offer company generated leads, and a lot of them. The secret is out of the box, we have relationships with a lot of insurance folks that trust us to provide inspections. When a storm hits, our phone rings. If we are a good fit for each other, we will give you the time you need to fully transition from your current company to Team K Services.

Expectations specific to you

  • Set appointments for and perform free damage assessments
  • Gather all measurements, counts, materials information for estimate and supplements
  • Respond to requests for more information (like needing a photo for a supplement)
  • Communicate with clients and be their key contact throughout a job
  • Have clients sign work authorization agreements (closing deals)
  • Attend adjustments
  • Be on site on job day to check material, do quality control, and clean up as necessary
  • Filling out all project documents
  • Follow Team K Services Roofing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
  • Perform very small repairs (read: a few lifted shingles need caulk) free of charge, materials provided by Team K Services
  • Produce self-generated leads on top of receiving company-generated leads

Expectations specific to Team K Services

  • Production – we do the ordering of materials and scheduling crews
  • Estimates – we write the estimates using Xactimate
  • Supplements – to be included in estimates submitted to insurance are supplements for missing items
  • Invoicing – we will write and send invoices
  • Ladders – we set ladders for your finished jobs for city inspections
  • Final inspection – we call in for final inspections
  • Payments – we collect payments and do the accounting for your commission payout
  • We handle the production and operation


  • $24k – $36k starting base salary
  • 10-20% percent of the gross margin commission rate
