Team K Services specializes in emergency response and mitigation in the areas of water, sewer, fire/smoke, mold remediation, bio hazards/trauma and commercial carpet cleaning.

Team K Services began operations in Colorado in 2005, providing emergency mitigation for all types of property disasters. Team K Services responds to emergencies twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, fifty-two weeks a year.
