Team K was called during the snow storm on Thursday. They arrived on time and even shoveled our driveway so they could get their truck up near to our house. They took thorough measures to protect our home and things as they brought in the equipment necessary to dry our our floors and drywall.
All the time, they ensured that we understood what was needed to be done and treated us with the utmost courtesy.
Team K made a difficult situation manageable.

He removed the industrial fans today,and the rooms are completely dry. Hopefully, by the end of next week, our lower level will be back to normal and furniture in place. I did want to note that the Service team of Ryan Fiala and DJ went above and beyond their assigned task of smoke remediating the 2nd level spaces, and diligently cleaned the stairs as well, after noticing a spot left by the previous contractor. A Big Thank You to DJ and Trever!
Dear Team K Services,
I wanted to write to tell you that DJ and Trever provided exceptional service in response to our recent basement flooding. On the morning of May 13 (yes, Friday the 13th) I discovered that our sump pump had failed during a week of rain and snow, resulting in a half inch of water spreading through our finished basement. Luckily, I was able to get the pump working again, but had no idea how to handle the standing water. I called my insurance agent at 9:00 am, who referred me to a restoration company that their office often recommends, Team K Services.
I was thoroughly impressed with Team K Services. They had a team out to my house by 10:30 that morning to assess the damage. DJ and Trever were able to quickly determine the extent of the water and provide me with a detailed synopsis of the steps that should be performed to effectively deal with the situation.
Although it was clear that time was a factor in mitigating the potential damage, there was no pressure by DJ to choose Team K’s services.
Based on my agent’s trust in the company, and my own good feeling about the men they had sent, we approved Team K to start work.
WOW! Within three hours, they had extracted all the water, removed the soaked carpet pad and baseboards, treated the carpet with a disinfectant - since it was contaminated with untreated ground water - and set up plenty of high-powered fans and an industrial de-humidifier.
Talk about integrity!
They left me that day with instructions regarding the equipment; phone numbers for themselves, their main office, and their General Manager, in case we had any additional questions or needs. it sounds like they offer their staff a lot of ongoing, specialized training courses, which is impressive.
In summary, DJ and Trever did an excellent job. They were professional and polite throughout the process, performing their job skillfully and with integrity. Though I hope to never have to use them again, should the need arise, I know exactly who I will be calling.

Your team did a super job this week for me. Cody came at 6 pm and stayed
until 10pm setting up to try to save my kitchen floor. He was so nice and
pleasant despite the late hours. He returned several other times with different team members and all arrived on time and were great. Alan was

different guys were also nice in dealing with my six cats that tried to help them with their work.

I just wanted to express what a great experience I had with team K services. I was very fortunate to get Ron and Cody out here at my house. I live in Kiowa so sometimes receiving timely service can be challenge, but after a hour of getting in contact with Team K Ron and Cody were on their way out here.
They were very responsive to my situation. When they arrived they were very respectful of my daughter my home and myself. Before doing any work at all they consulted with their manager and myself for a do not exceeds price and were very patient when I asked if I call insurance before they started to make sure it was covered. While we waited to hear back from insurance they went over the process with me on how things would go during this time, they explained and showed to me the areas of damage and what could happen if the flooring wasn't removed. After hearing back from insurance they got to work right away being cautious of my time.
They were very thorough in making sure it does correctly since whoever put the flooring in house did an awful job, but they made it seem like it wasn't big deal. From day one they have always asked what time works best for me and my schedule and never complained or tell me what time worked for them. There are so many great things I can say about Ron and Cody and here is just few. Most of all I just want to say thank you for all the hard work and time I really appreciate it!
