Team K Services is a locally owned, operated and IICRC Certified Restoration Company that provides complete 24-hour emergency response specializing in the mitigation of properties that have been affected by fire, water, mold, asbestos and other related disasters including complete demolition, reconstruction and roofing services.

Our Story

Our Founder & Owner, Kyle Keegan spent years operating an emergency response company in the Chicago area before moving to Colorado and starting operations here in Denver in 2005.

From our humble beginnings of Kyle and a truck, Team K Services has developed and grown steadily each year of operations, providing us with years of experience working on a variety of projects, varying greatly in size and scope. We credit our success to our humble beginnings and our infinite commitment to providing our customers with the highest level of service possible.

Team K Services was founded on seven core principles of Transparency, Integrity, Efficiency, Client Loyalty, Quality and Family.

With over 75 years of combined industry experience, we can respond immediately with the manpower and specialized equipment to quickly stabilize all types of disaster scenes.
